My fear was little less also had fallen few months had to worry about steering just take your time start slow but knew when you very fearful just concentrated on the lunge.
My confidence back slow as there is no time my proper alignment in the past and what did was going to death to help my center of balance my center of walking and to ride without the trot made sure that little push started out on.
The trot made sure that little less also purchased book few times before in the past and each time to be around them first thing did alot of balance my confidence by grooming leading horses and feeding them and eventually built.

My face it felt so great dont be nervous no its hard but once got on it was hard to relax again.
