My horse have great time today.

well, you could give her a really nice bath and grooming, clean her tack,
clean out your trunk/brushes while keeping her company, make a bunch of horse treats at your house then see which one she likes best, or you can just sit and watch her, which is fun
and if it isn’t raining too hard, you can still ride
