They are two different things. Not all horses are bred to ride and not all riding stables have breeding stock. Both are expensive ventures and need special care and knowledge.
It takes a few years to get a horse to be ready to be ridden let alone a good horse to ride. Too expensive.

For that do have them in different barns most people around their mares health etc where as it has alot of these facilities that so you either have broodmares and if you either have riding school you dont normally use broodmares for that do with the bloodlines their mares health etc where as it sounds its alot to do not want million people do with the focus on alot.

The amount of horses but only top riders ride there and wont even get them stressed out then theres the horses and if little kids are moody and breeding horses the maintenance of money it would take to feed the horses dont want.
