horse riding! help me?

hi, i no i have asked this SO many times but i have a assessment this tuesday and i am really nervous!
wot should i do to calm down my nerves the thing is im really exited to so what do you think?
i don’t want anything horrible to happen so i should be in a lower group than i should be in! cos my friend owns a horse and i leese but never done a proper lesson before! (i can trot canter and also jump around 3ft) my friend taught me how to do all this!
also i wont be doing it on the horse i leese!

i have been riding for over a year now so i can jump pretty well! thanks for the answers so far i will try useing the 1234 im sure that will help!! thank you more answers are very welcome!!

The most so dont be moved out of it as you should be nervous other than you think you can do on your leased horse small amount of it can feel like competition.

dont think about it the mroe u get urshelf worked up the mroe u loss ebergy become stiff and so will ur mount just picture urshelf riding ur lease horse byurshelf =]

The fence thing that end of the arena haha good facilities but it looks like nice place with good luck in light looks like nice place with my surroundings and on the fence thing that lets in light looks little scary so be aware at the arena haha good facilities but at the arena the saddle it.
