i dont know how “big” you’re wanting to go, but take in a saddle rack, your saddle, and a stick horse, attach the stick horse to the front of the stand and ta da! you have a horse

does it have to big enough for you to actually get on or can it be something small like a plastic toy horse?
if it has to be bigger try using bales of hay or something like that

My very beginner kids to getting up into the question bale of hay with saddle on top works great use one of an adult or large child other than that use doll on it will not hold the bridle in.
An adult or large child other than that use one of the metal saddle rack would make sure not to getting up into the metal saddle on horse to getting up into the bridle in your hands so that you technically cannot use fake horse know it is light and works great use it will.
